The Redmi Note 11E Pro is officially launched in China with a starting price of 1,699 yuan (270)

Xiaomi-backed Redmi today officially announced its new smartphone in its home market in China, dubbed the Redmi Note 11E Pro. Looking at the design and space of the phone, it looks like it is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G launched worldwide.

The phone comes in three different color options – white, black and blue. It is currently available for pre-order in China at a starting price of 1,699 yuan (~ $ 270) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model and will go on sale from March 4.

The Redmi Note 11E Pro has a 6.67-inch Full HD + AMOLED display from Samsung. It offers 2400 x 1600 pixel screen resolution, DCI-P3 color gamut and support for 120Hz refresh rate.

Underneath the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, built using a 6nm process node. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage.

Coming to the camera section, the phone comes with a triple-camera setup that includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel super-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, the device has a 16-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and making video calls.

As for the software, the device above runs the Android operating system with the company’s own MIUI 13 custom interface. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that comes with support for 67W fast charging technology.
