Google Pixel 7 supports 4K selfie video, the Pixel tablet featuring a single main camera

A new version 8.5 of the Google Camera app for the Pixel smartphone has launched and 9to5Google found some evidence about the Google Pixel 7 in its latest “APK Insight” post.

There is evidence to suggest that both the Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will use new front-facing camera sensors capable of recording 4K video. This is indicated by the camera tag found in the APK code “p21_front_setup” which was previously only tagged in Pixel 6 Pro.

So far, it is not known if the Pixel 7 duo will be equipped with the same 11.1MP sensor that is available in the Google Pixel 6 Pro, but 9to5Google is sure about the ability to do 4K on the front like both the Pixel 6 Pro (Pixel 6 Pro). Pixel 6 not enabled).

Towards the Pixel Tablet: The code “Initial Preparation Included” for the tablet has been found and the unpublished Pixel Tablet has a sliver of proof that it has a single rear-facing camera. It is only speculated that this tablet will have a very front-facing camera, but it is still too early to call that the Google Pixel tablet is not expected to arrive until next year.

Other things related to the Pixel tablet include feature removal. The Pixel tablet won’t have many of the camera features of the Pixel smartphone, including: 4K recording at 60 fps, 4K recording (everything), audio zoom, slow motion, and action pan photos.

The Pixel 7 and 7 Pro were unveiled at Google I / O last month and are expected to be fully announced this fall with the Google Pixel Watch.
